have project management skills and have successfully delivered many large, high value projects.We are
particularly familiar with the Prince2 project management techniques.Where customers have specific projects
which require planning, procuring, implementing, overseeing or evaluating then we can offer these services to suit the required
need.
We have recently project managed the following projects: - Identification and licensing of Houses in
Multiple Occupation in Tamworth Borough Council; - The implementation and construction of two play facilties at Fosse
Meadows and Whistle Way in Blaby District Council; - The repair of a Listed Building (the Ice House) at Bouskell Park
in Blaby; - The review of the Private Sector Housing Strategy at Kettering District Council.
